Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in date:

• Free cancellation.

• The full amount will be refunded.

 

Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before check-in date:

• 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

• The remaining amount will be refunded.

 

Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in date:

• 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

• No refund.

 

Important comments:

• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

• Any refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

• We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
